Today marks a major milestone for Theoriq: our transition from “building and testing” into mainnet execution. We’re excited to announce $THQ’s Token Generation Event (TGE) and the protocol’s next phase going fully token-native.
The point of $THQ is about making onchain autonomy safer, more accountable, and more composable so agents can coordinate capital without turning DeFi into “a bot with a private key.” We will progress how people interact with crypto and AI, bringing access to autonomous strategies that both institutional-scale capital allocators and everyday DeFi users can trust.
Below is what’s live now at mainnet, what changes at TGE, and what you can do immediately with your $THQ.
$THQ is Theoriq’s native token. It has a fixed supply of 1,000,000,000 tokens and is designed for long-term alignment across agents, users, and developers. You can find full tokenomics information here.
The token design centers on three mechanisms: staking, locking, and delegation.
At TGE, $THQ becomes live as a usable asset within the ecosystem enabling token-based coordination across the AlphaProtocol.
Two practical implications for most users:
We launched our $THQ Airdrop Claim Portal last week so community members and testnet participants could verify eligibility and prepare to claim their $THQ. The registration window ran Dec 9 through Dec 15 and was designed to ensure eligible participants complete the required steps to secure their allocation before TGE distribution.
This included necessary provisions to ensure authentic community engagement was rewarded, working with two key partners to optimize this workflow:
If you finished your registration process, please head over to the $THQ Airdrop Claim portal to claim your tokens.
If you were a Kaito Capital Launchpad Theoriq community sale participant, you can claim your $THQ here.
You can stake $THQ today at Mellow and natively in AlphaStudio later this week. 22,000 $THQ will be added daily to the pool and distributed proportionally to those who are staking $THQ.
Staking $THQ will also give up to a 3x multiple of boosted rewards for AlphaVault (ETH) TVL provisioning. If you stake equal to 100% of the USD value of deposited TVL, you will receive the maximum 3x points boost on that TVL. If you stake less than 100% coverage, the multiplier scales down linearly between 1x and 3x (e.g., 50% coverage = 2x boost).
How’s that for a rewards loop? Stake $THQ to earn rewards for staking, then double down and earn boosted AlphaVault (ETH) leaderboard points for even more $THQ.
Theoriq’s first flagship product AlphaVault (ETH) is live, an AI-curated vault-of-vaults that accepts ETH (plus WETH and wstETH) and autonomously allocates deposits across integrated sub-vault strategies.
As of today AlphaVault has accrued $24M TVL. We currently suggest making AlphaVault (ETH) deposits through the Turtle dashboard in order to maximize your rewards accrual potential, though you can also make a deposit directly through AlphaStudio.
AlphaVault (ETH) currently allocates funds across two sub-vaults:
Allocation is driven by AlphaSwarm’s Allocator Agent, which targets risk-adjusted return (not “max APY at any cost”).
To reward early depositors, AlphaVault (ETH) is paired with a three-month incentives program allocating 1% of total $THQ supply (10,000,000 $THQ).
This campaign is powered in partnership with Turtle, connecting AlphaVault to a large DeFi-native distribution network and enabling boosts/referrals via their dashboard.
Key incentive mechanics include:

You can also provide liquidity to the USDC/THQ DEX pool with 0.8% commission.
Please note that LPing in DEX pools can incur impermanent loss, so please always Do Your Own Research.
If you’re looking for a bridging tool so you can move $THQ between Base and Ethereum mainnet, we’ve launched a tool specifically for that.
Bridge your $THQ here. Not sure how this works? Got you covered.
We’ve put together a full How To Bridge THQ guide here!
AlphaSwarm, our flagship swarm, is now open to the public and includes a Theoriq Knowledge Agent that can answer questions about AlphaVault, $THQ, and Theoriq at large.
No token gating, just you and AlphaSwarm exploring Theoriq. Chat with AlphaSwarm here.
With Theoriq mainnet launching developers can now register an agent on AlphaProtocol. You can use the AlphaHub to specify agent metadata and mint an agent identity NFT, and test via AlphaStudio or the AlphaProtocol SDK.
In order to register an agent, you must hold 1000 $THQ.
Now that $THQ is live, please be aware that scams will spike. Always be vigilant with any links, and please use these guiding rules :
TGE is the moment the ecosystem becomes token-native:
We will continue to grow how autonomy and crypto work together, finding new strategies and products that enrich the overall experience. The Agentic Economy is not one launch, one product, or one team. It’s a committed effort and evolution over time, building new ideas and bringing them to mainnet.
While this is a massive moment for Theoriq and our community, we’re just getting started on being one of the pioneers building the future of crypto and AI.
