The team at Theoriq has been busy on the Web3 event circuit this year, connecting with leaders, visionaries, and builders in the space to share our mission, vision, and platform. As we ramp up towards the year-end, which will see our platform come into full swing, we’ve been making waves at some of the biggest events in the industry.
This past month, we hit up the AI Conference in San Francisco, Korea Blockchain Week (KBW) in Seoul and Token2049 in Singapore. Below you’ll find a quick breakdown of our activities, key takeaways, and our outlook on how the industry is shaping up for the rest of 2024.
The team attended the AI Conference in San Francisco at the start of September, an event that embraces the potent capability of AI to revolutionize every facet of human existence, from daily living to broad societal structures. This was a great chance to showcase Theoriq with an engaged group of local enthusiasts, builders, VCs and innovators. Co-Founders and CEO Ron Bodkin, Head of Marketing Anjali Geroge and Senior AI Agent Pourya Vakilipour, mingled and discussed Theoriq with the audience.

Korea Blockchain Week (KBW) is an annual week-long global blockchain and Web3 festival founded by FACTBLOCK in 2018, aiming to provide a gathering ground for the top industry leaders and unifying diverse communities.
Theoriq kicked off the month from September 2-5 in Seoul. It was a busy 3 days for our Co-Founder, CPO and Korean resident David Mueller, and Anjali, as they attended panels, gave keynotes and networked with industry leaders.

David attended the Hack Season Conference and shared his insight into how the synergy between AI and Web3 will unlock a new frontier for technological progress, enabling new ways for users to participate and earn in a new crypto economy. He was joined by leaders from Aethir Cloud, Filecoin and Arweave Oasis.

Over the next few days, the team attended multiple meetups and networking events, including AI and DePIN Coffee along with our co-hosts Sahara AI, 0G and Nillion, and a DeAI networking event with our co-hosts Akash Network and Flock.io. The team wrapped up the week with both David and Anjali speaking on panels and delivering a keynote at BuilderHaus and the AI Crypto Summit hosted by Griffin AI.

While Korea has faced challenges with cryptocurrency adoption in the past—due to regulations, taxation, and more—KBW’s vibe was bullish. Public sentiment seems to be catching up with the innovation happening in the region, especially when it comes to the intersection of AI and Web3.
One of our biggest takeaways was that smaller, local meetups allow for deeper discussions and stronger connections, away from the noise of larger events. We had meaningful conversations with local innovators and are looking forward to what comes next in the region.
And now onto the premier Web3 event of the year!
TOKEN2049 is the event on the everyones Web3 calendar. Held annually in Dubai or Singapore, it’s where founders and executives of leading Web3 companies gather to discuss the future of the industry. This year’s Singapore event was bigger than ever, with three packed floors (an upgrade from last year’s two) and over 800 side events.
Ron had a packed schedule. He spoke at multiple panels and gave keynotes, starting with the Akash AI Summit, where he discussed the advancements in distributed learning. This was followed by talks at Haskey and Longhash Ventures, where Ron explored the emerging Web3-AI intersection.
Ron notably took to the Token2049 stage to present on the future of AI with collaborative agents. This was a big moment as he also revealed the new rebranding of Theoriq, announced a massive milestone in the platform's development and shared a demo of the launch of the upcoming “Investment Agent” using our platform.

Other team members were on the ground engaging with all types in the industry, Head of Protocol and BD Justin Shik attended many meetups and networking events, gathering contacts and building relationships with exciting projects, he spoke on a panel hosted by Magnet and attended some of the infamous parties throughout the week. Anjali spoke at the Pool House panel on the “Path to dAGI” panel and shared her thoughts at the Hack Season Conference on the symbiotic future of AI and DePIN.

Another highlight for the week was attending the Old Friends Reunion hosted by IOSG Ventures, which brought together leaders from Near Protocol, Sahara Labs and Schelling to discuss how AI in Web3 will empower intelligence and user-owned AI Agents for the future.

Ron took the stage at the event to unveil an exclusive demo of the Theoriq platform, showcasing our exciting Investment Agent collective–the crowd was buzzing about this. Our team members were on hand to chat with the engaged attendants and industry leaders throughout the day.

Theoriq is a DeFi strategy curator. It curates on-chain vaults that turn tokenized assets into risk-managed yield: curators set the strategy and the risk limits, and AI-assisted systems execute and monitor within them. Its flagship vault, AlphaVault ETH, applies this framework to ETH-native yield, and the Theoriq Gold Vault extends it to tokenized gold.
